Bedroom WIP
































So I needed a break from modeling faces for a day or so. I want a really well done face/head, environment, and object or two for my demo reel. Heres what Ive done over the last day and a half for the environment. I spent a good half of the day playing with lighting..... its like my kryptonite.. T_T I definitely learned allot thought today. So overall it was a win.

Facial Modeling and Animation Project








































































Its still a WIP of course but I figured I should upload some of it so I dont seem like Im not doing anything... believe it or not this stuff can take a while. Especially when you want really good edge-flow.

Im working through a book by Jason Osipa on Facial modeling and animation. SO after I get this mess figured out Ill be able to rig it and actually animate it so it has some really nice expressions.

It even has a jaw, teeth, gums, and a tongue in there...so its gonna look extra sweet.

Im still in the phase where im cleaning up alot of tris and wierd edge loops btw so thats why theres still some weird pinching near the eyes and nose area.

If anyones has any critiques as far as anatomy or anything like that goes that be awesome! Sometimes when I spend too long on a project it gets really hard for me to pick up on those...

Sculpting Practice
























Just practicing some sculpting. I needed a break from modeling, and I found this really great tutorial on how to sculpt faces better. I really like sculpting, but I feel like I need to focus more time on making sure I have really good base meshes first. Human bodies are very particualr when it comes to where your edges are....
